Virginia has been around for more than 400 years. The Confederacy only lasted for 4 years. When Virginia Governor McDonnell declared a full month for Confederate History, he exceeded the mark. Proportionately it should only get about 1% of the year or 3 1/2 days. The governor should really declare Confederate History Semi-Week.
